There are plenty of good books out there that with your help can be very beneficial to your kids.I have started my kids at age 8 with books like "How the economy grows and why it crashes", The Uncle Eric series (Whatever happened to penny candy, the money mysteries, etc.) and now at age 9 we are reading Rich dad poor Dad.

My interpretation is that people going into bankruptcy in 2004-2005 (run up to 2005 peak) were right back in the housing market 7 years later (in 2011-2012) like a kid in a candy shop -- ready to buy and speculate on everything they could again.

We really do not know why he is not renewing the tenancy, the daughter moving into the house is the legal pathway to get control over the house.As a daughter, yes, my parents can die wherever they want.
