We just got it online in March and have had pretty consistent rentals, but are doing more direct booking than with Air B&B (through networks). 

They do appear to have steady bookings each weekend still.I would love advice on getting funding.

Knowledge is power and for me, it builds my self-confidence so I’ve been bingeing podcasts, books and also recently gotten my real estate license so that I could have a better understanding of real estate in and of itself, with the hope of building upon that basic knowledge with what I’ve been learning about in real estate investing.

I’m eager to invest opportunistically into real estate and so I’ve been immersing myself in real estate knowledge through books, podcasts and videos, which led me to the BP community of supporters.

I never read the book you referenced but at least it appears the book is written by a tax professional which is a good start.  

I’ve been reading different book bigger pockets put out, reading forums and listening to podcasts , but just out of curiosity, do you have any other ideas for me to get to where I want to be ?

It's a leap of faith but, yes, we typically book a time we think people will want and then float it out there. 

I'm finding it very confusing and having a hard time deciphering the difference between all the reports, I don't like that bookings don't automatically sync up and they have to manually input the info.

We currently take bookings on Vrbo, AirBNB, and Direct.
