You guys are all stuck on systems and guru talk...seriously, it is obvious that some of you have been burnt and that is fine...don't be bitter, and don't pretend to have learned everything from BP it has not been around that long and the blogs have not been that developed as long and for bill "financexmainer" starting in the 70's things was a lot easier then...the fact is a quality mentor is priceless.

No one likes to feel like they’re backed in a corner and as a landlord, I don’t want to worry about bitter tenants. 

I have lived around sunny (but bitter cold) chicago during college and would not want to go there except for taste of chicago and summer concerts in the park!

I have no doubt that in the real estate investment space, BP will rival Facebook!

Most rival retailers such as Walmart and Best Buy also held big online sales around the same time.

It’s not always your contractor’s fault and you need to understand this concept.To sum this all up, I used to be a bitter contractor that always cussed working with clients, Architects, Engineers, GC’s, etc.

Dave is just bitter because he was a high roller investor who was highly leveraged in the bust of the early 80s and the banks called in his loans.

They call me bitter and angry because I write about the truth, whereas they write and advertise to gain money.

I have learned from bitter experience that hiring a manager without the correct experience will lead to disaster.  

The place was a higher end ski in / ski out, but the more we found out, the more bitter the deal became. thanks for all the great posts and info shared.
