Those eager beavers out there, who may not be acting entirely rational in many cases, could work in your favor as a seller.

The margins are slim but still positive, but the reason I purchased the house is due to property values rising a significant amount in two years (dam issue on lake, currently extremely low, coming back up in 2022 after repairs).  

I am also from the valley, residing in Beaver with investment properties in Aliquippa, Hopewell and Ambridge.  

Hey Deangelo,I think the investor would like to know if the land is vacant or has some kind of improvements and fixtures integrated with or affixed to the land, including crops, buildings, machinery, wells, dams, ponds, mines, canals, and roads, among other things. 

But I get it, you voted your guy, be dammed if hes anything but the greatest on earth and for that nobody and question any of the actions and were just going to pretend none of the last 2 years happened.

This is just another  " scam" by the city , just like Cleveland for one purpose to raise money they do not give a dam about the kids .  

Which worked well in 2009, but now it seems like the dam occupants are getting greedy...
