I would imagine the hold back is lower.  

If you plan on buying and holding in say a great pm company. 

Owning buy n hold is not as passive as some newbies think.  

Unless you go out and get clients, which is a job and a tough one, then don't waste your time and money like I did.I've since put it on hold

That gives you options to expand, hold, or sell land if the income isn't there.

Seldom, do I hold a property more than 18 months.

Some months I’ve unfortunately had to pay like $150 out of pocket but I’m Planning on holding long term wise and the let the rental bare fruit later in my life because I’m only 22 and just wanted a base hit or a rental in a great neighborhood.

I bought my first single family LTR earlier this year as a buy & hold, now starting to explore next steps.

If you don't have anyone that has booked a week or so before, you can move it to 1-night min on weekends but I would hold strong personally.
