Not only are they advertising a property they do not own, in violation of the statute, they are offering for sale an "interest" in real estate... see 475.01.Wholesaling, the way it was initially raised in this thread by the poster which inspired my initial comment (a non-licensee putting a property under contract and then assigning that interest for a fee), is the definition of unlicensed brokerage in FL.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad, like most new investors, and got inspired by this book.

I've been inspired by listening to BP podcast #311 with J Scott on how to prepare for the pending market correction.

So I joined BiggerPockets and get inspired from motivated investors. 

I hope this inspires some of you who are, like me new to the real estate investing world.
