This is becoming popular.In my view, if you are not using a real lending attorney to keep up and stay educated, you are doing yourself a disservice.

I viewed it similar to the video you posted on the topic (great video btw) - its a business (and i did not realize they sold again) and the views were significantly down compared to when Brandon was hosting and they most likely did not like the way they were trending so they made a change. 

Or a point of view?

@Katie Miller is it better to purchase "Real Estate Rookie" instead of "Rental Property Investing"  Or both to learn from different view points? 

My guessing and its just my views as a newbie SMS marketure, the folks are do not reply and maybe "soaking" are who I'm tryng to wait out with repeat contacts. 

I view this as a gambling puzzle.
