Pull the band-aid!

I already believe it’s a good lifestyle decision, but would like both things to line up.25F, Single, Project Manager @ Healthcare Income: 90K of base salary (not including bonuses or stock options because unsure of exact figures).

I am also trying to evict unauthorized tenants and it's taking much longer than 6 months these days, the tenants get free legal aid and they pull out all the tricks and lies to delay.

I believe in the band aid approach over small increases that take a long time. 

Being able to review prior ESAs would aid in determining whether to spring $30k on a new Phase II or terminate the contract.

The tenant has not lost income or work due to Covid-19 and is not eligible for CDC aid.

We are in health care if that makes a difference.
