That listing commission or referral commission would run through your broker and they would get a cut of that.  

Let's see:1) Buyer wants to buy a property under-market value MINUS2) RE agent takes a cut MINUS3) Wholesaler takes a cut TOTAL EQUALS4) Original seller gets screwed on price.Sure, plenty of room for more slices.

I've heard (read) that finding a mentor is key... but this being such a cut-throat market, I don't know of anyone who'd be willing to sit down and explain the process... especially, one that actually works. 

Make it easier to find contractors that are active and acutal members of this site.
