Coupled with providing a policy loan to my business which is purchasing real estate, there is a qualified interest deduction to my business and I'm able to harness some annual cash flow to pay back the policy, creating some synergy and a positive feedback loop paying back the loan faster so I can loan it out again on the next property.

I speak Spanish and French as well.  

Might be some interesting synergies to explore here.

Are there any available BP books that are translated to spanish?

Be sure there are Spanish speaking people with your property management company.  

We just bought the place December 28th and 90% of the tenants only spoke spanish so communication was a bit difficult until I had a friend come over and act as our translator.

Our HOA is voting on whether to smooth coat and paint our 70's spanish lace stucco 22-unit building on the beach in Santa Monica, or to simply paint over the heavy spanish lace for a few grand less per unit.
