Also if a lender has a website and is in the business of making real estate loans.. they are a HML not a private lender as defined by most of the folks on Bp  to BP members private lender means a person like your rich uncle who just does a few deals for select few but is not in the business the rest of US we are HML not private lenders.

I think all of it is manageable but some people have lofty ideas and have been oversold the idea of "passive" income from companies like Rich Dad, BiggerPockets, etc.

It could take a little longer but, believe me you are not in a hurry because you are not going to get rich fast any way.Know for sure your success depends on "Marketing" to generate your own leads not others so called 'leads' that are pulled out of many websites using some scripts then labeled and categorized to you as motivated sellers for example when in fact they're not motivated at all.Real estate investing starts with marketing and you need the money for it.
