Should be able to write them off in year one.Recommend you use silver trailer roof paint.

I could see someone maybe getting into it here and there if the deal is handed to them on a silver platter but you could never convince me that this is an actual strategy to build wealth.

The local newspaper is the Reading Eagle, which wrote an article about the projects a short time ago.  4 unit multi-families have been priced in the $95k to $99k area, making them profitable at 650/mo or more in rent.

Primarily the articles about realizing that flying with the others in economy is barfmuck compared to the silver-lined first class.

I'm a new investor in the utah county area, I have been doing the calculations for numerous deals Provo,Orem,Springville,Payson,Eagle Mountain, Salt lake, American Fork, Lehi etc. and I have put in 8 offers in on properties in the last 2 weeks on multi families to single family homes and condos and all have been swept out from underneath me because I am only able to house hack these properties so I can only put down the 3.5% and I get the deal taken from me from other investors that are putting 20% down and paying over asking price for all properties.
