In your shoes though I would definately be on site probably every day, or at least most, unless somehow you just happened to find the most timely, trusthworthy, selfmotivated, self directed contractors in the world.The only longer term contractor I've outsourced for this one is a plumber, and I'm on my third.

With a change in owner there is little doubt she could at least get a continuance and a hearing on actual ownership.The reason he does not want to wait until the eviction is done is because he knows it could drag out.IF I were in your shoes and decided I would go forward with the purchase before the eviction is complete, I'd ask him to not start the process at all.

If I was in your shoes, I would want to be present whenever the handyman is on or in any of my properties (especially if theft or violence related), which would be a real pain.
