I'm curious how they handle the calendar, pricing, guest communications if they don't have a STR PMS.

I really do not want to back out of the deal, but curious if I could negotiate a reduced price or something of the sort.

If you're curious, I also host monthly networking events, meetups at current house hack and STR properties, etc. where you can soak in a ton of information and meet with experienced investors who have done the same strategies.

If you have multiple properties where you can do this, you can finance a very nice lifestyle and still retain the underlying assets.Just curious the groups' thoughts on this?

Curious to know more about people who have done this successfully - at face value it seems like it wouldn't be worth the hassle of switching between the two strategies.
