Brandon is estimating similar capex on his five-plex to what Ben estimates for a SFR.It would be great to get a "four-years-later" update from Brandon on this property's status, but I'm also curious whether others here think that Brandon's feat can be replicated - and actually pan out the way his article forecasts, or is Ben's cold water the final word?

I think the suggestions for house-hacking completely depend on how the numbers would pan out.

Im definitely sure your shared knowledge helped me out especially as a newer investor and surely contributed to things panning out the way they have.  

When everything pans out there's seldom a problem, but Murphy strikes frequently and that's when it all hits the fan.

Have a 5-6 month RV trip to Alaska the pacific north coast and 20 National parks starting this June with my wife and kids.
