My brother and I have a homebuilding firm down in South East Georgia.

I might set up a little networking event in the next few weeks around southeast Denver.

Just look in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, or Kansas.

We have the same program here in southeast VA.Essentially, the city gives a grant to a home owner, up to 20% of the purchase price, to be used for a down payment (it's actually a second mortgage but the city pays it).

I'm here to answer questions from my experiences in selling residential and commercial real estate. I also hope to learn from the folks on here that have far more knowledge to offer than I do.

As a lawyer in Louisiana, I'm not sure what a Family Limited Liability Partnership in Nebraska is.

For example, my previous license was in Nebraska, where, in essence, the Listing AGENT was the seller's agent, while any other agent, generally including within the same office, was automatically working for the Buyers.

Check the landlord tenant laws for your state and/or city. f'rinstance: In Nebraska, you can charge no more than 1/4 of month's rent amount on top of the 1 month equivalent regular security deposit.
