@Doug McRaeI am not sure exactly what you need, but if you have Microsoft Office, go to Excel and under "New" worksheets they have templates for different balance sheets.It is always a good idea to keep an eye on the P&L and balance sheet.Hope this helps.Ed

Use Microsoft Onenote, you can create notebooks 9 maybe name it " Properties", in the notebook create a tab for each property, then you can have different pages for each tab, you can make one page " Receipts" for that property. you take a picture, save it to the page for whatever property in one note, with the APP on your phone. you can save them directly to that page, create Receipts pages for each property. and you can retrieve that information on any device that has Onenote. you can even name each page by the year if you want " receipts 2018" and you will always have your records anywhere you go.

Initially, I would NOT make it my "default" browser (the installation will ask you whether you want that or not), just to get accustomed to it, and also because some sites are "tuned" to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (or Exploder :D) and might not function well with Firefox (you find those by hit-or-miss sometimes, unfortunately - but some do say "better with IE" or something like that).http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Hi James, If you want to just track the progress of the work being performed and make sure you stay on schedule, I would use microsoft project.
