So all you gotta do to be correct Ricky is either kill 30million + people tomorrow, get the entire housing industry, all it's labor forces and every manufacturer of 4,000+ items and distributors to lower prices 20%+, OR have 500% the number of foreclosures in 08/09 which is only something like 70% of all owned real estate in the entire US so yeah...... good luck with that, may as well do some easier tasks along the way like cure cancer. 

@Maya Roberts - That is a great practice to follow (generally 30 to 60 days prior); and while some of the major platforms are trying to change their listing practices, still could be worthwhile to look into a tool where one listing will syndicate to multiple sites.
