A realtor for the sale of your asset, a DST broker for the DST (preferably one with extensive real estate not just SEC compliance experience), a mineral rights broker (totally different industry than DSTs), a CPA to keep your tax picture clean, and a QI to make sure the 1031 is completed correctly.It truly does take a village.
