If the seller agrees they can give up their lien position so you can refinance, but its a risk because Im not sure you can make them commit to that ahead of time.

Hey @Chris Mendoza go to their website, click on blog, and then scroll down and they have 2020 and 2019 data for the Blue Ridge markets (as well as many others).

I would want to get MORE from the seller than that in a concession so that I have an opportunity to end up ahead for the extra work, hassle and risk. 5.
