I've been seeing the Buy Box Cartel on Tiktok and Youtube and was interested in Real Estate Wholesale, I'm not sure where to start on how to begin, does anyone have tips?

I've watched so many BP videos and not once has filing quarterly come up as opposed to annually..   

The guy mostly just worked on his golf game and watched TV while he was president.  

Based on what I have read and watched, it does not seem like you can quit your day job with 1 property, as most of your capital is tied up in it.

Attorneys (want your money), YouTube gurus (want your eyes), and amateurs (don't know any better) will all insist you set up an LLC for asset protection.The truth is, you don't need it.

But it's not just that, many view it as a FT job. before you call BS I warn I was a volunteer transition coordinator, I actually lived in that world, I have sat at SS hearings, I have repeatedly watched the scheming and strategy of how to "get yours".....
