Sort of forgot about them, looks like my property was "approved" with them but that's the last I've heard from them and this was last December.

While I am sure there are good operators on those sites, my impression is it is sort of the lazy way out.  

I think the worst are the ones that will say they can do something for you or bring something to you then do nothing at all/fail to follow up or stay in touch (lack systems, organizational skills, and actual work to produce).

Building relationships and learning from others can help avoid costly mistakes and ensure the property will cash flow or break even in worst-case scenarios.Good luck!
