Amazingly enough, two young women took it right away,  and although she went through several roommates, one of them was our tenant for the next six years until the place (which had just gone condo when we bought)  decided to go BACK to apartments and we sold it to the developer.  

She claimed that someone threw a rock and broke the windows, in the meantime, my handyman was in the neighborhood and witnessed her breaking the windows and threw out clothes, it seemed like she was fighting  with her husband. 

Your workers get exposed to it, and they bring it home to their families on their clothes and shoes.

I fired an owner a couple years ago (for many reasons) that flipped out because the tenant had clothes scattered around the bedroom floor! 

The building is a former haberdasher/clothing store with 1900 charm.
