I did have a friend that lived in Village Green and that was quite nice, but you tell people you are going down there and some think you are going to the moon. 

I live in a small village outside of Bowling Green Ohio called Custar.

Have done multiple STR sales in Carlsbad (just closed on one in the village for 1.7) and have multiple clients I am servicing now who are buying airbnb's. 

When the inspectors showed up originally (standard procedure to go thru every house that went thru foreclosure in this village), they created a 38 item list of affidavit items.

It takes a village to pay for the collective good - unless you've got a RICH LANDLORD like Eddie who is willing to foot the bill!
