If someone asks for a direct message (they're not supposed to) for something specific you can respond to that, but those threads are usually in the classifieds when we (moderators) can catch them all.

In the manufactured home industry, I've heard more complaints about new homes being bought and installed straight from the factory than consumers buying older homes direct from homeowners. 

Just make sure you take your policy to the brokers so they can do a direct comparison.Maybe hit up your primary home insurer to see if they offer a STR policy.

There are several courses online, but before paying a dime it would be helpful to watch the several videos on YOUTUBE on giving prompts.

As things keep going this direction, our markets are going to get a whole lot busier.
