The $30,000 per month sounds way too good to be true. 

The true value of a home is what a buyer and seller agree too. 

If they are comped at a true multiplex the value is typically significantly higher than if it was comped as a SFR with ADU. 

The many bad advice on this platform are mostly in part attributed to "AI" making everyone look smart but the few true ones like you would greatly benefit from a natural conversational interface tool that refers people to you for your quality advice.I remain a cautious, optimistic skeptic but open to embracing what the future holds.

The contractor says poor quality materials but that doesn't mean that was true.
