Vito - Have you checked to see if there is an I-card for the property on the HPD website? 

I am not sure it is true in either case.

After I got good at pulling leads that work, I can switch that ratio and spend $3 on leads and $7 on sending something to those leads;  post cards, sms, rvm, cold calling.   

@Robert Higdon this is the single only reason I regretted getting the CCH on my CDL instead of a seperate card. 2am in the ghetto at a Quicktrip.

We allow Tenant Portal (ACH), Direct Deposit to our bank, Venmo, Strip (credit & debit cards) and old-fashioned mailing of checks.
