Obviously, this is just my own analysis but the new administration anticipation is the flavor of the year.I'm still yet to be fully sold that we're healthy as a country and that 100% of what we're being told will happen-- I'm betting less than 50%.

Now in the last 48 hours I find myself in a total and literal quagmire. 

It's going to be an obvious patch job when they do inspections and they may ask for credits or replacement so you are more likely to get more by doing more.I don't know any roofers in Canton, but any time I see patch and roof and sell, I don't think it's necessarily wise.

The obvious answer to me is a free web based project management tool like Asana, Trello, or Freedcamp (there are many more I'm just getting started looking).
