;)Ryan Ford Sounds like a pretty ideal situation to me since you'll have physical presence and can build connections in both places.

I cover mostly Towns in my territory (FARM) Working from home has it Plus/Minus attributes, but it beats the commute.  

In-fact, I think it is a good move in any territory, regardless of where you are in the country (LA, PHX, NY, CLE, etc.) it is a good way to build wealth long-term, hopefully reduce the cost of your living and begin building wealth for a very low cost relative to your purchase price.

Any business that requires me to carry a gun or be an intimidating presence to my client is probably not one I am interested in.

The sponsor may have to be a guarantor, but that comes with the territory of being a sponsor. 

@Andrew Syrios I agree entirely although let's be honest, we are in uncharted territory with interest rates being so low for so long, and no one knows for sure what the reaction will be to a rate hike.
