Hi folks I previously posted about a 5 bed 4.5 bath house for sale at 590,000 and has been up for 60 days.

As an example, I could get $1700 for a 2 bed/ 2 bath near Girard College back in 2018.

If the property is a duplex and assuming they are 2 beds 1 baths.

Treat them as you would a prospective tenant and really gauge their credit worthiness before getting into bed with people you know and love.

My real estate agent told me not to purchase 2 bed, 2 bath single family homes as they don’t rent well.

Relative has a 4 bed, 2 bath home.  

If I purchase a general admission ticket for myself, can my family stay with me in the included superior deluxe double bed room?
