Hi BP Community,I work full-time and am interested in some of these turnkey solutions I see online that almost seem like one-stop-shop and hassle-free.

Instead of providing helpful solutions to what may be a one-off landlord problem, there are those that will always chime in to say you should've or should now hire a PM.

I would probably start monthly or bi-weekly "safety inspections" to A) document any lack of evidence of risks/issues to the tenant's safety to be prepared to legally defend yourself in the future, and B) to monitor for new/worsening damage to the unit.

I am now developing housing solutions from single family homes to multifamily homes, condos and tiny homes.

If the tenant doesn't pay though, the landlord's only solution may be to start eviction.

And if you reduce the amount, you are reducing your protection.I have tried both and I'm still not sure which way to go.Airbnb's solution (neither one, just a virtual deposit, in case) is the best, IMO, but vrbo has not yet copied this one (I wish they would).How are you dealing with this matter for those of you on VRBO?

That might be a "solution", but it's not the dog's fault - it's the owner's. 

Since they say they are in NJ and PA, I have people in other areas who would gladly monitor the rehab while I put up the $800 commitment fee.
