Some I sold in 2006 for 20,000 might get 3-5000 now.Hidden Valley has lots of lots available but not many are buildable due lack of sewers and the soil may be only a few inches thick over rock.

Real estate is always risky no matter how you go about it, it will make it easier if you know exactly what strategies you are implementing and you will have more exit strategies underneathe your belt.Go for the gold and make sure you are doing things correctly.
