You need to pull a permit, then the Contractor has to take down the coping and bond beam a couple feet, then core holes in the pool floor (so it wont ever popout of the ground).

Others will quote you labor + general construction materials, and you are responsible for finish materials, like actual cabinets, tile, flooring product, and some may bid more of a "turnkey" quote, that would include finish materials.I won't say any one is better than the other, but obviously the quotes can vary dramatically.

Of all the 7 beds for sale, yours is as good as or better than almost all of them, but they are also sitting on the market a long time.As far as your decor, a good thing is you have laminate or LVP flooring, which is a big plus, the missing spa is a big deal.

I don't believe it will go down a TON across the board, I think the corrections will be product specific as well - for example, I don't think the market has priced in how unaffordable it is to hold a condo in Miami and that market has bubbled in many areas - the prices today just don't make sense any more and I think there will be major cooling in the condo market, even though even at lower prices I will stay away from condos over 4 floors.

We added $40K-$50K refinishing the hardwood floors, removing wallpaper, painting walls and updating the kitchen & bathroom with new cabinets, adding granite countertops and creating a BEAUTIFUL dining room off the kitchen that was wasted space as an enclosed porch, and also added french doors leading out to a newly-built pre-finished deck we added so the new owners could enjoy their gorgeous fenced in backyard.
