Maybe more of a half court shot, left handed, over the right shoulder?

It is time to get off the shoulder of the road and get back in there.  

It pays to have BP help that is on line but also help shoulder to shoulder locally in a local REIA.

If the kids are decent, respectful, and seem to have good heads on their shoulders, they probably learned that from having parents with similar traits.This was a rather lengthy response, and I could ramble on for another 20 minutes if you let me.

Again, I don't mean to sound confrontational, but the little man on my shoulder is screaming "run away" for your sake.

It took a huge load of my shoulders and I could finally focus the few hours I have at night on what really matters (finding the next deal, managing my rehabs and a little bit of property management).

So much is riding on my getting this right for future deals that I was really hoping to have some of you professionals look over my shoulder so to speak.
