What is 'un-sexy' about the interior?

I'm still just a teen newbie, but I'm pretty sure that they won't meet face to face and say "hey I'm the guy/gal that's buying your property for a marked up price."

It's a double whammy because you're also a teen (I'm 15) as well! 

We have by no means lived in "sexy" areas. 

A section 8 teen wearing pants hanging off the butt jobless in the hood spending his excess cash on cigarettes doesn't have as much pride in their appearance or life.

Also random but would having a large social media base help in real estate I'm one of the largest teens on the social pages around my area with views of 100k plus and followers and fans in the tens of thousands.

@Stephen Masek if my projections (which are pretty conservative) are met and not exceeded, I expect that the investors will see an IRR in the mid-to-high teens.

Definitely not fun dealing with parents who are themselves having to deal with teens who are living "on their own" for the first time lol.

Something I would have gotten a rate in the high teens on the last couple of years was bid down to the 6% - 9% range.This is my third year investing in tax liens so all I've known is how the auctions go in the current market enviornment of low bond rates.
