An inch of spray foam directly on the structure will seal any potential areas of infiltration followed by standard blown in insulation on top to make up the balance of the R value required.  

Being unconditional, if buyers need to secure financing they need to do this before the court date as well as any other appropriate due diligence.Where there are more than one party making offers on court day, each party is made aware and has the opportunity to change the offer which is then sealed and submitted with all other offers to the Master or Judge who then decides the winning bid.Having been through this process numerous times I can tell you that while there are deals to be had they quickly evaporate with multiple bidders and it is impossible to know if you'll have any competition until the day of court so the whole process can be a bit hit and miss but exciting none the less!

It's more expensive than a regular concrete stain or seal, but the final look is worth it and it's almost indestructible (unlike a regular stain that will scratch and wear off).

The inspector mentioned that the mold may have gotten into the walls, due to improperly sealed fixtures.

That will give them a list of where they need to fix window seals, attic doors, door jams, etc.

I need to have someone with a design seal, and an architect would be even more.I am renovating a commercial multifamily apartment complex.

Later we sealed gutters, repaired masonry stucco, added exterior paint, porch deck, and replaced half the windows. 3 units were totally upgraded inside inc@luding floor refinish, and paint. 4th unit in progress.

Tenants who leave pet food out or not in sealed containers are another issue.
