I got a new insurance policy at a higher rate.

I would look for a low interest line of credit to put on the property and lend at a higher interest rate.

There are some creative ways to get it from 37% to corporate tax rate of 21% but generally it's best to invest passively as the IRA is designed.  

You will find rates all over the place just like with all insurance.

Rates will range from Prime (currently at 7.5%) to Prime + 4% (11.5%).
