This year I doubled my savings but am still saving more until I hit a certain amount to get a house in a better class area either outside of Philadelphia or over the Delaware River in NJ.

I’m looking for a real estate friendly CPA in the Central Valley California area (Tracy, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, Lodi, Modesto, etc) to help me with my 1st year of filing taxes for my LLC, taxed as S-corp.

There has been increased interest in waterfront properties in general, Oregon's coastal rivers are some of the most pristine and undisturbed in the country.

The main areas I've been looking at are Maggie valley/Waynesville and Lake Lure.

I own a duplex in Wears Valley.

My gut is telling to stick with LTR because here in the West Valley, rents are still high (surprisingly).
