how/where do you store the propane tanks to operate the stove to cook the rice and beans, etc?

We took it over, made it a 4 bedroom by finishing space in the terrace level and it now nets $1500 a month after all expenses.

MacGyver would use several bags of rice as desiccant.

I had looked at Albany Park, Jefferson Park, and Arcadia Terrace primarily.The rents don't justify the asking prices, and it's surprising to see properties being sold at cap 2s and cap 3s.

Rent o meter is absolutely wrong, I've got a property at 51 Crestwood Terrace Davenport Iowa 52803 rental meter says I will get $800 a month for it I'm getting $1,700 a month for it.
