It can apparently make a 3D model rendering of a property by simply taking a few exterior photos from your smartphone.What are your thoughts?

Something like an iPad / iPhone app that turns snapshots or video into a properly drawn out floor plan - or better yet, a 3-D rendering of the home, which would make visualizing moving a wall or looking at different kitchen layouts a heck of a lot easier.Any ideas?

I purchased Chief Architect and meticulously measured every nook and cranny to render a perfectly digitized version of my new home and edited that copy to visualize what the home would become (opened up walls and added a bedroom).Being my first BRRRR deal, I was eager to get my hands dirty in order to stay relatively on budget.

Instead of giving someone a regular picture of a design, we can use the 360-degree rendering for a better visual, in most cases.

The problem with trying to build your own website is how much is your time worth, and for almost everyone is very difficult to convince anyone actually come to your site without trying a lot of SEO and advertising and other time wasters.As I said above,  using one of the property management systems that channels the listing sites and also can render a website that already understand your calendar  and other channels.

This is a ways down the road for me, but I like how my house flipping company/property management can charge the rental company for services rendered offsetting the income generated in the rental side of the incorporation.
