Just to chime in here as well, there are some great software options out there they allow you to write the property listing once and syndicate it out to dozens of listing sites for free, so you don't have to re-create the listing over and over on all the listing site.

It has to have the old character (expensive to repair/recreate) but also needs to have some of the modern wants/needs (open kitchen/living, etc).  

It's a good, reasonably wealthy area that is currently in a building frenzy with restaurants and recreational areas.  

(No pun intended) I not talking about recreational use if drugs, I'm talking about distribution.

You have a few things at play there that just cant be recreated in most other markets in the world... 

But there is amazing recreation within an hour of the city.

@Evan Bell , After several rounds of testing, I've been unable to recreate this issue except when I am not logged into the app on either Android or iOS.Can you double check that you are logged into the app by logging out and then logging back into the app and try opening a Pro forum thread again?
