If they are the one providing most of the cash, they might not want to carry that liability, but you've already negotiated with your partners on this and then the bank isn't cool with it, you could be in a pickle.

I'm assuming you're referring to investors that provide all of the funds for your flips?

Two things I remember that probably don't happen today: -First property was a no-doc loan, technically low doc because you still had to provide information but with 30%+ down pretty much anything you wanted was yours.

OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

You need to provide a bit more specifics about the property, about the insights you want, etc.

While they are the obvious ones, they are much less impactful to building a solid partnership.
