Update:I'm really looking into ductless minisplit systems, which can be tied into a standard 24v thermostat with some adapters.

No question Podio is challenging for many users because of the cost to get the Globiflow features and the need to be or have a programmer, but for someone who really wants to build a CRM exact to their business processes it's flexibility can't be beat.For those who prefer a more defined CRM my only suggestion would be to go with a CRM that has an open API and even better already listed in Zapier.

Does anyone have a programmer (in USA or overseas VA) that is familiar with setting up Podio automation using Globiflow?

I realize there's threat from AI & Machine Learning, but I'm making sure that I'll be the programmer behind the automation. 

Penalty for going over a month.Lease renewals same fee for filling vacancy (put the focus on tenant retention).Education program for tenants to teach them how to change batteries in thermostat, flip breakers, provide plungers, reset GFCIs.....

Boy I am also lucky that she has been saving money for about 25 years where she works as a computer programmer.  

Automation and technology could displace "lower level" jobs, but the demand for engineers, programmers and people with technical skills and knowledge will only go up.  

We use mostly the one piece rubber coated tape with thermostats as opposed to the rolls of metal tape which must be fitted with the two ends.Remember, heat tape wears out and thermostats fail so constant checking is a must.

(How hot it is outside doesn't affect the temp of the hot water heater because the thermostat would shut it off when it reached its set temperature.)
