The Bissell products are at the top of my favorites. 

I've not invested with 5S so I can't comment on their product and management specifically but I can say for build to rent, if you’re considering this, ask yourself: Does this fit your investment strategy and comfort level?

Establishing a relationship with a few of them locally or nationally [if you have a network] would be extremely beneficial.

It makes for an extremely passive way to invest in real estate but at the end of the day you do have the say so on what happens at your property.

More than likely, the loan officer on your file either A) didnt know their own product very well, or B) glossed over this aspect in order to get the loan to closed due to a lack of integrity. 

Prices will be extremely high - I don't think most investors are buying in these areas unless you have a lot of money and plan to house hack.  

Or you’re not budgeting for a great product and will be obsceleted in the near future.My team provides all the above without hefty consultation fees like many STR experts/gurus do.
