I'm wondering about how the courts treat this - ie: say there are discrepancies in local (in state operating LLC) vs that out of state holding company's treatment of the laws - is it a simple, appeal process to get a matter into that holding company's courts? 

Can you appeal your assessment and lower your insurance on that acre now that you think it's worthless?
