Does your PM have someone that can walk the property with your realtor for a nominal fee?

Listed for over 100 days with terrible photos.

It had terrible photos and looked like a ton of work...which it was, but I saw the potential.

Since we purchased it, we brought power back to the property currently set up as 2 RV hookups and additional outlets on a backer board (for a total of 200-amp service), had an RV pad and driveway put in, and had the developed year-round spring well brought back online - there will be a pump house built near the backer board this Spring (1st photo).

Shouldn't we be able to protest that appraised value if we could provide photos and documents to support the home was worth around what we paid for it?

I just tweak it a bit as needed and update the photos. 

Some of them are pretty convincing, others are obviously fake like using generic font for the signature like you’d see in a docusign sig, birthday or other info is wrong, edges are blurry, photo is of a different person than the owners social media profile pic, etc.

This brings me to my most important advice - nothing matters except your listing photos.

Make sure you have a compelling listing description + pro photos if you aren't providing video. 

I started adding my company name and phone number to EVERY photo.
