Are you buying the property in your personal name or LLC?

Anything you do remote will come at a cost of operational inefficiencies and a higher cost of doing business.

My number one piece of advice is finding a group that you can attend online or in person to keep you motivated and accountable to your goals.

Personally I think Josh himself is innocent but the company definitely is involved in shady and deceptive business practices.
