Also when he spoke about paying a package to Learn about Tax & Lien i was like "why would i wanna pay x-amount of cash to just learn that?

Or if a slightly lower bracket the higher end GE/KitchenAid package. 

For those who do package deals how to you decide if asking price is fair?

Looks like a good cash flowing deal, but is there even a way to get a loan on a package of homes with say $80k to $100k down?  

I've been looking at buying a larger package that will require some leverage.

Either way it's the same thing, just how you want to package it.  ;-)
