@Doug Pretorius well my plan was to wholesale the contract to my end buyer and he was thinking ng about trying to rent it out to someoneBut what is wholetailing and contract for deed?

What are p/sf rents looking like over off NG?

@Angelina Ng On the threads here many people say the Midwest still has lots of opportunities for good returns and strong cash flow and I believe some towns are Cleveland and Columbus,OH.

@Rich Ng I was debating this with a friend the other day - I have found nothing in the state laws or anywhere specifically that has said that you cannot charge a monthly fee for having a pet.

Keep in mind I self mange 4 units, so not that time consuming.  

I mange 10 units in Oakland that my family owns and have a tenant with below market rent who was running an airbnb out of the unit disturbing our other tenants .

A fellow investor completely rehabbed a big 2 story adding NG (forced air) heat with a/c.
