they aren't Columbus based out of Solon ohio which is Cleveland / Akron if that's the market you are looking for. if they said they service columbus I'd laugh out loud and move on There is more to the state of Ohio than the city of Columbus there young blood. https://spectrumnews1.com/oh/columbus/news/2023/03/30/nation...$200 billion dollars worth of projects in ohio, $159 billion in Central Ohio. $8 in every $10 dollars to ohio's economy is in Central Ohio.

I do not know the source of your RE crashed 50% at Great Recession (GR) or that residential RE has barely surpassed their peak prices from before the GR.I have seen numbers of property decline from the GR range from 20% to 33% nationally.
